Blue Sky is proud that our affiliate – CARTERET MANAGEMENT – manages all properties that we develop. At our shared home office, the Blue Sky team and the Carteret team seamlessly transition each property from development to construction to lease-up to stabilized occupancy. Blue Sky Asset Managers work hand-in-hand with Carteret to make sure that properties remain as perfect as the day they opened, and residents have a fulfilling experience in their homes. Carteret is the backbone of our entire operation.
All Blue Sky properties have on-site management offices and well-stocked maintenance shops. Our on-site teams greet prospective and existing residents to make sure that their needs are fully addressed. Routine maintenance is kept up so that local leaders and stakeholders are proud of their community asset. Repairs are completed timely so that our residents are happy. Long term maintenance and capital improvements are continuously planned for, budgeted, and completed because deferred maintenance is not tolerated at our properties.
