Ash Leyva
Vice President - Project Development
Mr. Leyva serves as Vice President of Project Development for Blue Sky Communities. He is responsible for active Blue Sky projects from initial design and pre-construction through project stabilization. Ash brings with him over 16 years of experience in the management of large portfolios of real estate assets of residential and commercial properties for institutional investors.
Before joining Blue Sky Communities, Ash managed defaulted loans portfolios and REO’s for a California based investor from 2009 until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, he oversaw the acquisition, renovation and disposition of large numbers of corporate owned real estate assets. Most recently he served as the national Renovations Operations Manager for the retail sales division at Offerpad, a leading player in the ibuying sector.
Education
- Ash studied in Havana, Cuba to become a Spanish and Literature teacher at the Pedagogical University of Havana Enrique Jose Varona, from 1995 to 1999.
- Holds a Real Estate Agent and Loan Originator licenses.
